How do your Product Warranties work?
Product warranties vary. Often they’re passed through from the manufacturer by the service provider for a certain amount of time. Many manufacturers also offer extended warranties which can be purchased for a limited time after turning the system on. We also offer Service Warranty Plans and Extended Plans with discounts for Enphase Energy systems.
How much can we save?
Savings varies. The size, age, type and location of a home all affect this. Individual energy usage habits also affect ability to save. Finally, hotter and colder weather also increase consumption and may in some cases offset savings. Here are some safe assumptions:
- In Arizona and Nevada, 50% of your energy is used to heat and cool your home
- Water heating uses 15% of the energy in most homes with 3 or more people (10% for 2)
- The SmartGen System lowers your bill 50-65% for half the upfront cost of traditional solar
- It works, even when power goes out or is turned off, so you will always have working AC and HW

What’s your return policy?
Return any of our products–no questions asked–within 3 days of purchase. After the return deadline is passed there is a restock fee for the cancellation. Further details about returns are listed in the terms and conditions section of our invoice or contract. Any fees incurred by stopping a job after it has been started are necessary for costs incurred working on engineering, building permits, for materials handled, materials ordered, and materials shipped along with any time lost by the company working on the project at the client’s request, prior to the client cancelling it.
